When Corgis Attack! A short comic by Allison Strejlau

Months ago, I came across this adorable comic featuring a Corgi by the very talented artist, Allison Strejlau.    Allison is a cartoon major at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.    Please visit her site and beautiful work at  15 Tangerines.

I adore this piece because the artist has captured the very essence of a Corgi-dog.  I see every bit of Dockers, Nikita and Cody in this comic.   The Corgi, however, looks a lot like our Cody.    We have big, wild rabbits, so the discovery, chase that will stop at nothing to catch the moving object and the final outcome (which luckily for the rabbit, the Corgi’s eagerness has got the best of him!) is a recurring event in our Corgi Tales home.

Thank you Allison for portraying a Corgi so well in an artwork piece that has not failed to make me smile and chuckle whenever I look at it. =)
