Isn’t it something with the Pembroke Welsh Corgi?

Sometimes they can look so sad or depressed, when they’re really not. You see, their chin must always rest on the ground, floor, or whatever they are laying on top of because their short legs and sweet corgi paws don’t reach under their chin.
