52 Weeks of Corgis in 2011 – Series 24/52
June 17 & 18, 2011
The Many Faces of a Corgi
However many Corgis you may have in your family, or how ever many you may meet, Corgis share common expressions. If you have a Corgi or know of one well enough, their expressions, facial features and intelligence in those eyes are familiar. I’m sure by looking at the image above of my boys, you can see your own Corgi and relate what these expressions speak.
On another note…we went out of town this last week. We usually have a sitter for the Furkids, but because of the near tragic brawl back in February and Cody sometimes playing Houdini, we reluctantly had them boarded in a kennel. Suffice it to say, we won’t be doing that again. When we picked them up, Hubbs and I genuinely sensed how upset they were (something we never felt before). Unhappiness emanated especially from Nikita and Cody (in that order). We spent some time mending hurt feelings and maybe a sense of betrayal? What it boils down to, is that we felt so guilty.
Summer has begun. One season ends and another begins…I think it’s time for some needed Corgi baths. 🙂
