Wiley’s downtime is between 11:30 – 3:00. It’s his naptime. Seriously, he is out like a light during this time period. He may provide a charity showing of his beautiful amber-colored eyeball or two, but they’re droopy and beg to roll back to a slumber in his eye sockets.
I don’t blame him really. Especially when the weather is so warm. This is how a corgi keeps cool. A corgi on his back means he’s in pure comfort and may be feeling a bit warm. What begs a giggle is that he has his feet/paws on my couch! 🙂 Look at his paws where they’re positioned and that ear. -xoxo
ABOUT THE PHOTO: Captured this very deep-in-sleep image of Wiles by positioning myself on the carpet lying on my stomach with my handy iPad. I’ve set the sound to off so I can capture moments like this without cluing them in that there’s activity around them (not that he’d notice), and zoomed in a tad to better capture corgi details. 😉
