Talk To The Nose!

When a person doesn’t want their photo taken they will hold up there hand in front of their face in defiance, like saying “Talk to the hand!” Dogs can’t necessarily mimic that behavior without burying their face into their paws (which Corgis simply cannot do because their legs barely reach out under their chins!) or just plain hiding from you. Believe it or not, they get fed up with being photographed too!

Nikita and Cody have never given me attitude about the camera in front of my face…which sometimes entails that its in their face also. Docker’s, however, as he is getting older…can be less patient with me. I don’t blame him and he’s such an excellent being that I just can’t fault him. I’m sure he has more colorful words for me and I shudder to think of what that might be.

On this evening Dockers retreated to his house when catching a glimpse of my big camera eye. This was his way of saying – “No Pictures!” I still managed to capture the moment and position the flash just so, so as to capture his whiskers and sweet Corgi nose.
