Dog Days of Summer in 2011
When I was a kid and summer vacation was for three glorious months, summer was my favorite time of the year. That was years ago and I have since come to appreciate the beauty of spring and my favorite time of the year as Fall/Autumn. There are better days than hot, muggy weather.
The boys come in for relief from the cruel summer heat, crashing around the den in comfort. There’s not much else to do when the weather is uncomfortably warm. Now, if you’re familiar with Corgi sleeping habits, you’ll notice sweet Cody assume the classic Corgi position – bracing himself against the ottoman’s leg. Notice one ear is flipped backwards and the other is flopped under his head! It would be great to capture all of them in the “said” position (it’s terribly cute and it happens often, but I never have the camera handy when they’re all on their backside).
