Nikita – “Excited, but Calm, Anticipation”

Isn’t there just an undeniable sense of happiness in Nikita’s face? Bright eyes, happy demeanor, sense of confidence. All three of my Corgi-boys scream these qualities.    Aren’t these the innate characteristics of the breed, Pembroke Welsh Corgi?

On this day, Nikita is waiting for me to ascend a steep hill.  He remains calm, but excited with anticipation of playing ball.

Yes, ball.
