Even Corgis have a Bedtime

Even Corgis have a bedtime.

I realized very late Sunday evening that I only had an hour or so to capture images of my Corgi boys for the 52 Weeks of Corgis before the end of the current week, and thus forfeiting week 33 of the series. Late meaning, it was almost 11:00 pm. Night-time shots are a challenge.

Sleepily, supportive and without whining (that I could hear), my boys patiently indulged me. I invited them outside, away from their cozy beds inside, and late at night I’m lying on my stomach on the cement working to capture natural shots of sleepy corgis.

Niki always has this sweet demeanor and this is his signature pose. He luvs his cushion more than anything else besides a tennis ball and here he sleepily displays his patience for me as I’ve dragged him outside to have the camera in his face at close to 11:00 pm.
