52 Weeks of Corgis in 2010 – Series: Week 24/52

Don’t Want To!
I must profess. Some weeks I procrastinate to the deadline hour capturing images of the Corgi-kids before the next week officially begins. It is important to me and I wouldn’t fib on a post of an image for this 52 Weeks of Corgi Photography Project for the sake of being able to say I made every week. Truth is, I’ve missed a couple of weeks (just didn’t point it out).
This particular evening it wasn’t “last” minute, but Dockers was not having any of it. He saw me with the camera and crankily walked the other way. As I called him, he gave me serious Corgi-attitude that I rarely see, am not used and just took me off guard. He walked quickly to his igloo house (the kids have comfort accommodations both inside and outside) and situated himself seemingly out of my reach! Hmp!
I’d be doggone (no pun intended) if I was going to let my Corgi-kid get the best of me, no matter how highly I think of him. So how determined can I be? Like a goof , I stuck my camera in his house and shot away eight (counted it) eight photos of him. This is one of the resulting images. Score!! 🙂
