Dockers – Corgi Photo Op

This morning I grabbed a small ladder and headed outside to the backyard to capture some images of a nest of baby chicks. Things didn’t go according to plan and those pictures turned out not to be keepers.

Although not necessarily “the golden hour” to take pictures, Dockers appeared over a brick wall and I couldn’t resist. He really is a natural in front of the camera. He’s just beautiful. So, although the intent was to make pictures of feathered creatures…the photo op turned out to be of furry ones, instead.

A couple of weeks ago I gave Nikita and Cody much needed baths. I saved Dockers for last because he likes to play hard to get. By the end of the first two baths, my back was spent for the day. I decided I’d get to Dockers the next day. I know I wasn’t imagining it…Docker-dog gave me “tude”. I think he was rather hurt that his turn didn’t come around. My poor boy. The weather is starting to warm up again…he’ll get extra hugs, kisses, oooo’s and awww’s when we get to that bath.
