Cody got out of the yard again on Sunday. This morning I'm leaving to work and went to give kisses and hugs to the Corgi Boyz. No Cody. Calling for Cody. No Cody. Oh – no. That sinking feeling in your heart that feels the stillness in the yard that Cody is not there.
Sure enough. Cody is on the other side of the fence looking dirty and wet from head to toe and eager to get back in the yard to get his morning hugs and kisses. After some manuevering I get him back in the yard. I'm so glad my boy is back and soo, soo grateful that I was home AGAIN when he got out. Otherwise, he would've been out all day … and the odds that I might have lost my Corgi kid sends shivers down my spine.
Serious action has to be taken about the mending of where he's been getting out.
