Caught a Corgi Snooze

Have you noticed how much expression stems from Corgi ears? The ears speak volumes and it’s something that, as a Corgi parent, you may not even realize that you depend on it. Since our Corgi kids don’t have tails that giveaway their mood…those ears – those strong, stout ears give them away.

Here, Cody is snoozing against Hubby’s leg and I’ve mercilessly have captured the moment. Those poor ears off to the side. These past several days, Cody’s been wearing one of those Elizabethan collars to prevent him from tearing apart those beloved Corgi ears. He’s had an allergic reaction to an insect bite (never a dull moment around here with three Corgi boys). The ever clever Cody learned to adapt and has even wiggled his way out of it a couple of times already!
