A State of Nostalgia

I’ve been trying to digitally reorganize older images from years past, but find myself having to close up my software and postpone the project. Nostalgia takes a bittersweet and painful stab.

In this image we had just brought our Cody home for the first time. Both Dockers and Nikita couldn’t have been more overjoyed of our new family addition. However, it was Nikita who was immediately attentive, protective and loving from the very beginning. He watched out for our sweet Cody and became not only a nurturing big brother, but a puppy-sitter as well.
